Ingredients:

Noodles : Potato starch (Germany) 49%, wheat flour, palm oil, wheat gluten, potato powder 3%, salt acidity regulator: E501, E339, E500, tocopherol liquid (antioxidant: E306, emulsifier: E322 (contains soy)), seasoning (maltodextrin, garlic extract, sweetener: E420), green tea extract (oligosaccharides, tea catechin), colour : E101.

Soup Powder: Seasoning (hydrolyzed vegetable protein (soy), onion, cabbage, maltodextrin, salt, yeast extract, sugar, spinach), salt, spices (maltodextrin, garlic, salt, chilli extract, blac pepper oleoresin), flavour enhancers: E621, E627, E631, sugar, tapioca starch, rapeseed oil.

Flakes: Cabbage, bok choy.

Features of Product

The chewy noodles of Potato noodle soup comes from the potato content in the noodles. The broth tastes spicy and light. Big chunks of various dried vegetables such as potato and mushroom add flavor and a rich texture to the product. 

Basic Recipe for Product

1. Boil 450ml (about 1 3/4 cup) of water.

2. Add noodles and all the flavor sachets to the boiling water and cook for 3 1/2 minutes

3. Remove from heat and serve.
