We also offer other healthy products to people that would like to eat healthy food and particular diet. We have suitable for diabetes products such as dips & spread jams, mustard; Natural Ingredients products such as NYOR NYAR sauces and paste; Vegetarian products such as noodles, sauces and paste; And our house brand cookies.
What is your delivery services available?
We offered two shipment modes:
1. Self pick up from our warehouse
We are sorry that below items are not able to ship to Sabah/Sarawak or Internationally due to air way regulations:
a. Any pastes and sauces products
b. Any dips and spreads products

How does the Harvess handle shipment charges?
The shipment amount is based on below terms and conditions:
1. For Peninsular Malaysia, we will charge a flat rate RM10 as a shipment charge. Please read our delivery information page for more information.
2. For East Malaysia, we will charge a flat rate RM40 as a shipment charge.

Usually, you will receive your goods within 2 to 3 working days. East Malaysia will be taking around 3 to 10 working days to arrive your place. For International area, delivery period is subject to logistic company scheduled.

How do I pay for my orders?

How to use my Harvess Point?
You will collect your Harvess Point when you sign up as our member. Besides that, every time when you purchase with us, our system will automatically help you to collect point. Each RM1 equal to ONE Harvess point. You can check your accumulated point at MY ACCOUNT tab, under your profile page.
If there is refund or return of the products based on our defined terms and conditions, we will also credited your purchase value back to you in Harvess Point, so that, you can use it to do your purchase later.
Do you ship internationally or to military locations?
Yes. We ship internationally and to military addresses. But please call our customer service to place your order and payment at +603 - 8062 2663
Can I order even the product status is out of the stock?
Yes, you can still place the order for out of the stock product. We will notify you when the product would be deliver to you.
Can I have bulk order for business purpose?

What is gluten free diet?
A gluten-free diet (GFD) is a diet that excludes gluten, a protein composite found in wheat, barley, rye, and all their species and hybrids (such as spelt, kamut, and triticale). The inclusion of oats in gluten-free diet remains controversial. Avenin present in oats may be also toxic for coeliac people. Its toxicity depends on the cultivar consumed. Furthermore, oats is frequently cross contaminated with gluten-containing cereals.
Gluten causes health problems in sufferers of gluten-related disorders, which include coeliac disease (CD), non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS), gluten ataxia, dermatitis herpetiformis (DH) and wheat allergy. Furthermore, a healthy alternative to these products are pseudocereals (such as quinoa, amaranth and buckwheat) and other minor cereals, which have high biological and nutritional value.

What is Promotion Item?
Promotion items usually have minimal 6months product shelf, except for cookies and biscuits items which have minimal 2months product shelf life.
