Requirements For A Full Refund For Products
Items must be in new condition
Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories Any complaints must be emailed to email@example.com accompanied with relevant photographic evidence (where applicable) within 3 days of receipt. For undelivered goods, complaints can be raised within 21 days from your date of purchase. Merchant is unable to provide any form of tracking number of shipment within 30 working days of the deal expiry date. We will not fully responsible if above rules mentioned is not follow. All complaints received after 21 days from your date of purchase will not be entertained. You will be fully responsible for any losses that may inccurred.
Requirements for a Full Refund for Services
Customer must be refused service by the merchant within the voucher valid period Merchant has closed down and/or stopped providing the advertised service on the voucher Refunds will be provided in the form of Harvess Points. Refund requests must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of voucher expiry date or within 30 days of deal expiry date, whichever is later.
Merchant Returns Policies
