Gluten Free Gram Flour Pancake

2 eggs
1 cup gram flour (chickpea flour)
2 table spoons Natural & Co Premium Coconut Cooking Oil
Half a table spoons of palm jaggery
A pinch of kala namak ( Black himalayan salt)

  • Mix well all the ingredients in the bowl with 80ml water.
  • Heat the pan in the medium heat.
  • Place the mixture onto the hot pan.
  • Let cook until you see bubble throughout the pancake, and then flip. Cook for 2-3 minutes on the other side.
  • It can be serve with sweet or savoury toppings or sauces.
