Fried Cauli Rice

Cauliflower--- 400grams
Carrot--- 100 grams
Anchovies--- 15 grams
Garlic--- 3 cloves
Natural & CO Premium Coconut Cooking Oil--- 3 tablespoons
Kala Namak ( Himalayan black salt) - a small pinch
Brown raw sugar- a small pinch

  • 1. Wash the cauliflower, carrot and anchovies.
  • 2. Chop both of the caulifower and carrot into small pieces by blender.
  • 3. Heat the Natural & CO Premium Coconut Cooking Oil in the hot pan and place few cloves of garlic and anchovies when it is well heated.
  • 4. Stir fry the garlic and anchovies till it become golden brown.
  • 5. Add on the small pieces of cauliflower and carrot.
  • 6. Stir fry till it is well cooked.
  • 7. Tada, cauli-kampung style fried rice is served.
