Delivery Information

Standard Delivery
We deliver to all destination within Malaysia for all orders from www.harvess.com except as listed in Delivery Exception. Normal delivery time frame are within 3 to 5 days (For Peninsular Malaysia) and 3 to 7 days (For East Malaysia) but we will try our best to ensure your selected courier company would be deliver to you as soon as possible on the best afford. Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure. Examples of such an address would be a communal postal address or a P.O. box. If this affects an order you have placed, we'll notify you as soon as possible. We always ensure your order will be dispatching on same day or next business day after payment is fully received. However, we will not able to ensure you will be always be able to receive on the next business day, especially during few days before and after holidays season. Shall your urgently needs products that you order, kindly please contact our customer service before placing your order.

There is no charge for orders of any value if you opt to collect the items from our warehouse at Puchong. Self-collection order must be collected within a week time, otherwise, you will be full responsibility of the product shelf life itself. No replacements will be given. No exchange is allowed. No refund is allowed.

We will adding 0.50kg to your total purchased goods weight for packaging from product itself, carton box, wrappers, free sample, or/and free gift. We reserve the right to change this charges without prior notice.
Delivery Exception
1. We deliver to most postal areas in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia, but we're sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products too.
2. There are small numbers of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales.
3. If there's no-one in when we deliver, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or collect your order.
4. No post box delivery will be accepted. Post box delivery only applicable to Sabah and MUST using Pos Laju Service.

You simply place your order online and we'll have it ready for collection, please drop by our warehouse at Puchong to collect your purchases on the next day or same day (Minimal one hours is required, please call to confirm. Only applicable to office hours).

The service is available for most but not all of the items we sell. We’re unable to accept orders that include items for collection from in-store as well as items for delivery, so in these cases, please place two separate orders – one for collection and one for delivery.
