We also offer other healthy products to people that would like to eat healthy food and particular diet. We have suitable for diabetes products such as dips & spread jams, mustard; Natural Ingredients products such as NYOR NYAR sauces and paste; Vegetarian products such as noodles, sauces and paste; And our house brand cookies.
- What is your delivery services available?
We offered two shipment modes:
1. Self pick up from our warehouse
2. Door to door delivery service
We are sorry that below items are not able to ship to Sabah/Sarawak or Internationally due to air way regulations:
a. Any pastes and sauces products
b. Any dips and spreads products
c. Any liquid products
Please contact our customer service prior to purchase those items.
- How does the Harvess handle shipment charges?
Shipment charges are automatically added to your order when go through the checkout process. You will have an opportunity to review your order throughout the whole process.
The shipment amount is based on below terms and conditions:
1. For Peninsular Malaysia, we will charge a flat rate RM10 as a shipment charge. Please read our delivery information page for more information.
2. For East Malaysia, shipping charges will be accordingly to your weight order. Please read our delivery information page for more information.

- Are the products sold on the Harvess guaranteed?
Our promise to you are stated below:
1. Damaged during shipment.
2. Lapsed expiration date by the time a product is received.
3. Spoiled or otherwise defective products.
For above matter, you must act within 7 days after you received your goods by sending email to us with your defective product photos to us. We will follow up with you from here.

- How do I return a product?
For the safety of all Harvess Online Shopping Mall customers, we do not re-sell returned food items, regardless of their conditions, therefore all sales at the Harvess Online Shopping Mall are final.
We only accept pre-authorized returns or refund for the following reasons:
1. The item was damaged during shipment.
2. The item was lapsed expiration date by the time a product is received.
3. The item was spoiled or otherwise defective products.
It is customer’s responsibility to read and understand each of the product purchased, it is safe for their specific diet. The gluten-free status and any other claim regarding the ingredients of any product sold at the Harvess Online Shopping Mall are made solely by the manufacturer.
- How to use my Harvess Point?
You will collect your Harvess Point when you sign up as our member. Besides that, every time when you purchase with us, our system will automatically help you to collect point. Each RM1 equal to ONE Harvess point. You can check your accumulated point at MY ACCOUNT tab, under your profile page.
Every accumulated 200 points, you are allow to convert to voucher by yourself.
If there is refund or return of the products based on our defined terms and conditions, we will also credited your purchase value back to you in Harvess Point, so that, you can use it to do your purchase later.
- Do you ship internationally or to military locations?

- Can I order even the product status is out of the stock?
Yes, you can still place the order for out of the stock product. We will notify you when the product would be deliver to you.

- What is gluten free diet?
A gluten-free diet (GFD) is a diet that excludes gluten, a protein composite found in wheat, barley, rye, and all their species and hybrids (such as spelt, kamut, and triticale). The inclusion of oats in gluten-free diet remains controversial. Avenin present in oats may be also toxic for coeliac people. Its toxicity depends on the cultivar consumed. Furthermore, oats is frequently cross contaminated with gluten-containing cereals.
Gluten causes health problems in sufferers of gluten-related disorders, which include coeliac disease (CD), non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS), gluten ataxia, dermatitis herpetiformis (DH) and wheat allergy. In these patients, the gluten-free diet is a demonstrated effective treatment. In addition, at least in some cases, the gluten-free diet may improve gastrointestinal and/or systemic symptoms in other diseases, such as irritable bowel syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis or HIV enteropathy, among others.
Gluten proteins have low nutritional and biological value, and are not essential in the diet. However, an unbalanced selection of food and an incorrect choice of commercially prepared gluten-free replacement products, which are poorer nutritional quality and have greater lipid / carbohydrate content compared to the gluten-containing counterparts, may lead to nutritional deficiencies. Gluten free-diet must be mainly based on naturally gluten-free foods, which are more equilibrate in micro and macro nutrients, such as meat, fish, eggs, legumes, nuts, fruits, vegetables, potatoes, rice, maize. Furthermore, a healthy alternative to these products are pseudocereals (such as quinoa, amaranth and buckwheat) and other minor cereals, which have high biological and nutritional value.

Clearance items usually have less than three months product shelf life exception apply to cookies and biscuits which have less than two months shelf life.
